PERAN KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGUNJUNG DI MASA PANDEMI
This research is motivated by the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic a!i an epidemic throughout the world, especially in every tourism industry includtng hotels, this phenomenon · has a major impact on the economy of the tourism or hotel industry around the world, especially the case study of this research. 111is study. is used to find or analyze how the role of Marketing in balancing the hotel economy so as not to experience a drastic decline to avoid closing the business. The theory used in this study is the theory of customer satisfaction found by Tjiptono. This research is a descriptive phenomenological research using qualitative dat'!. Data mining was done by means of observation and interviews and some secondary data that supports this research, such as books, browsing, and previous research. The results of this
study indicate that the role of Marketing Swissbelinn Cikarang Hotel has an important role in providing the best service and speed in providing 1services, as well as giving a good impression
to customers, namely customer satisfaction .
